Review
This boat, of sound wooden construction, was built to last by P. Caruana & Bros of Mgarr, Gozo - local boat builders renowned for the construction of strong hulls. El Marinero offers comfortable spacious accommodation, a large foredeck and a spacious aft deck area which is extremely useful when sport fishing or for entertaining family and friends. The interior is likewise spacious. This is an excellent boat indeed for leisurely long range cruising: fully equipped for long range cruising and fishing and having proven its worth on long range sports fishing trips to destinations abroad every year.
The boat has had one owner since new. It has been very well maintained with no expense spared (including engines overhauled in 2002, interior totally refurbished in 2005, new tankage in 2005, engines re-wired in 2008, underwater valves renewed in stainless steel 2010, shaftlocks renewed in phosphor-bronze 2010, etc.).
A genuine reluctant sale due to personal circumstances.
