Review
This is an excellent sailing craft which can be enjoyed by both professionals as well as amateurs. This boat is unsinkable with inlaid framed compartments. The Rhodes 22 is also self-righting with a self-bailing cokpit and 4 berths. She is very well looked after and is in excellent shape. This boat is afloat and ready to go. It is easily trailerable, on her factory trailer. Included in the price is a registered all-year-round mooring and and a tender!

Mooring
Very secure mooring in Marsamxett harbour on 3 concrete blocks, 2 over a ton each.
This mooring is registered and is covered by insurance all year round.
Engine
Honda 9.5hp 4 stroke outboard with mechanical start.
The outboard has 3 tilt positions.
It can also be raised clear of the water or lowered accordingly.
The ourboard also supplies as 12 Volt electrical charge.
Sails
Furling genoa (210 square feet sail area)
In-mast furling mainsail (110 square feet sail area)
Both sails are in very good condition.
New rigging has been fitted in 2010.
